I am wondering that by simply replacing and old bulb with the new one which is the fluorescent, what exactly happened…it is we just save 150 pounds of carbon dioxide gas per year. How much is 150 pounds of carbon dioxide would effect our life anyway? How much this small amount helped reducing world temperature? Or how many fluorescent bulb would help cute bear, panda and many animal in world?
So far, it is sounds like going green is not a quick-fix to global warming after all. The inconvenient truth is there is no instant gratification when we recycle an aluminium cans, glass bottles, used papers and also switch off the AC. All we get for now is knowledge about what we have done to the earth, we should worried all about this green thing because it is not only effected the earth, it is also effect the human beings, animals and never forget the most important part in our life the plan.
Kenny Ausubel from Leonardo DiCaprio’s documentary The 11th Hour said:
Saving the environment in a way is misstated because the environment is going to survive. We are the ones who may not survive, or we may survive in a world we do not [erticularly want to live in.
From all of this articles I have thinking a lot..how much we should love our own earth..are there any opportunity for me to overcome the up coming damage that we would created. As people that live together and share the world’s and its resources we should take this phenomena seriously. Or maybe we would regret it later soon:)
