• WORK ATTITUDES AND BELIEFS,AND SOCIAL CHANGES

Everyone has an ego. Some of us find it difficult to contain it, while others require time to control it. Ego develops when we feel we have some superior quality in us. It can be by physical such as our weight, height, skin colour or maybe hair. It also could be in our mental view, such cunning and wisdom. This might be also due to financial problems and health.

People who are ego-driven are dominated by fear and the need to be right all the time. They are afraid of fail because they think their worth as human beings depends on how others see them. To them, how they perform, their achievement, and how they look was one of the measurement that how well there are. That is why they ego be one of the element that drove they under pressure. This also will lead our feeling that our opinion is always the best.

This behaviour will surely make us be an arrogant person. The phenomena occur when there is two products that provided a same excellent result. This is because arrogant person always want others to admire his work and appreciate everything that he has done even in any condition. This bad habit will strongly harm people especially for a leader.

As a student that still learns from teachers or others, we should avoid this attitude. We must be very good in our study with all good pray from everyone beside us. In that case we must keep away those bad habits.
